3.A durgai temple in valangimaan near kumbakonam called Paadai katti Maariyamman.

Note :-
All temples are in tanjore district .
Temples 2, 3,4 are of the same type and are built by one sculptor.The
story is he built the sikkal temple first .The chola king then thought
he should not build such a beautiful statue , cut off his hands . Then
came the ettukudi temple which he carved using his daughter by instructions
.The desperate king removed the sculptors eyes . then he carved Enkann
temple.
Ramar temples [Map]
1.A Ramar temple near Thiruvaiyaru was worshipped by the divine saint Thiagaraja
of Thiruvaiyaru .The place is called Nadukkadai. There Ramar is said to
have came and gave him vision ( 12 kms from tanjore ).
